Possible SQL Concatenation / Collation Issue

Hi Christophe,
I reported my particular issue over on the Joomla Issue Tracker over here:

Since it seemed to be more of an issue with the JDatabaseQueryMysqli concatenate() method but I figured I'd share it with you too (it's honestly the first time I've run into a collation issue like this related to using a Joomla extension so it took me a while to figure it out and now I can actually try testing out the CAS functionality).
Related to the other issue I just closed, I didn't have any issues when I tried again against a fresh Joomla 3.6.5 install.
