Files uploading stops when app goes into the background

1. Is the bug present in the demo Chat SDK project?
   Not sure

2. What modifications have you made to the Chat SDK?
   nothing

3. Android Version:
   Every android OS

4. Steps taken to reproduce the problem:

5. Expected result:
   Files should upload even when app is in background

6. Actual result:
   Uploading of files stop, not fail but stops, it always shows "uploading" but it don't upload

Fixed in the latest version.
