Add support for basic HTML tags <b>, <i>, and especially <u>

GLOW is a really great project with very pretty output for Markdown documents.
Markdown's syntax permits bold and italic text (even bold-italic!) but it does not have a syntax for underlined text.
It would be nice if GLOW supported detection of <u>Foobar</u> tags and emitted output that contains underlines.
