Consider ways to make a scroll area in the middle of the grid

The grid doesn't have a scroll area. Kendo grid for example won't fill a screen (it requires a height specifying)
This should also fix the "Loader" overlay. This overlays the entire grid so that if the grid is huge the loader may appear off page (you still get the overlay you just can't see the loading bar).
