A scripts that will show a list of the top rated books by your friends on GoodReads.
To run, get an API Key at https://www.goodreads.com/api/keys, set GOODREADS_KEY and GOODREADS_SECRET ENV variables, probably have to install some Ruby gems, then run goodreads.rb
