Documentation for v2.0 catalogue

The documentation seems to be out of date and not relevant if you are trying to purchase a subscription with a v2.0 catalogue.
I have got it working, but I am unsure if this is the recommended approach.
Hi, SDK works with Chargebee's product catalogue v1.0 and v2.0. Recommended approach is to use v2.0.
