Error on chrome

Hi I'm getting an error on chrome in the following image you will be able to see the version of chrome, my directories and files and the error
Firefox and IE are working as they should with no errors or warnings.
Please let me know if you need more code to find out if this is a bug or not/

chrome 9 is two years old. consider upgrading to newer one. or new has the bug too?
You were right I have updated to the lates version of chrome and everything seems to work now :) I have other errors on IE 9 is it supported? thanks for your help
[Edit] Sorry I just found out what is the problem, you need to upgrade the require.js file to the lates version otherwise it won't work on IE thanks anyway for your time and great work in the project :)
