Gauge chart not working

Gauge chart is not working with this offline plugin. only core chart package is working not other types. Please improve the plugin. It will be a great alternative to google charts. I appreciate your work. Thanks.
Gauge Sample is added. And I add help about how to record resources. Now you can add other charts which you need by self.
