Construct photometry from the provabgs mocks for P1 tests
photometry constructed from provabgs mocks using notebook
Although this shouldn't impact any of the tests, there's something weird about the colors of the provabgs galaxies. They exceed the color range of DECALS significantly.
Previously there was an issue with the noise model. This has been fixed in this notebook
