2 errors

[QUEST2179]

Dear developer,

tried to recompile, there is a fatal error
../include/Macromolecule.h:28:10: fatal error: libvolume/include/vlvolume.h: No such file or directory

but even with this error, still got the korpm executable in the end, when tried input.txt --dir Ssym --score_file pot/korp6Dv1.bin -o out.txt. it gave a buffer overflow error.

Could you Please help. Thanks!

The error comes from the same git-lfs issue commented on before. Please, download it again and it should work.

The 1st error is gone after re-download. Thanks!

But the 2nd error still there,

sbg/bin/korpm_gcc input.txt --dir Ssym --score_file pot/korp6Dv1.bin -o out.txt
*** buffer overflow detected ***: sbg/bin/korpm_gcc terminated
Aborted

I changed some compiler options but looks like depends on the OS, please tell me if it works now for you. Thanks Pablo
