Native notifications on Windows 10 do not remain in Action Center

Any notifications that come through automatically dismiss rather than remain in the action center to be dealt with at a later date - could this be changed? I often find I want to refer to the notification just after it has disappeared.

Pullover uses the notification integration provided by NW.js. I can't change the way it works, sorry.
