Quiet Hours ignored

v1.2.0 on Windows 10 (v10.0.14393)
Notification sound plays regardless of the Quiet Hours set in Pushover.
Setting the default sound in Pullover to None (silent) is my current workaround.
True, did not implement this yet. Feel free to submit an PR ;)
