Remove Deprecated TravisCI support documentaiton

Short description explaining the high-level reason for the new issue.

Current behavior

The source README file desrcrbes a CI/CD pipeline tool TravisCI being leveraged with Cypress. Currently Cypress is being utilized by a remote docker instance in lieu of TravisCI.

Expected behavior

Remove this portion of documentation until we reintegrate Cypress into a github action CI/CD pipeline.
