Friendly example HTML preview

I'd imagine most users would prefer to see the rendered HTML first, when viewing the example (in README.md, line 5):
(See example.html for an example of one of the HTML files.)
One way to do this (powered by https://github.com/htmlpreview/htmlpreview.github.com):
