Transporting water throw shared cauldrons

Water could be transported between worlds (normal and nether) using shared cauldrons. One cauldron will be in the normal world and the second one in the nether. Both will have the same level of water. Lava will be forbidden. For linking cauldrons together signs or commands will be used.
