Replace and update Jetstack image and copy on cert-manager support page

Need to replace outdated product information on https://cert-manager.io/support/.

  1. Please replace the old Jetstack Secure current image with the image attached:

  1. Make the new click-through to this page: https://venafi.com/tls-protect-for-kubernetes/

  2. Change the title from "JETSTACK" to say "Venafi"

  3. Change the description copy "Jetstack is the team who first created cert-manager and offer direct support alongside a commercial product offering to help enterprises and organisations scale effectively with cert-manager."

to now say:

"Venafi is the principal maintainer of the cert-manager project and works directly with the CNCF. Commercial support for cert-manager is available as part of the TLS Protect for Kubernetes product which also offers expertise to help organisations scale effectively with cert-manager."
