Fix message for invalid deadlines and make 11:59 pm default

Right now the message says that the quiz was not created, however it should say that the quiz settings couldn't be updated.
Also need to give default time as 11:59 pm.
Default time has been set to 11:59 pm
Updated the message to say that the settings could not be saved instead of saying that the quiz was not created
