Forego download location has shut down

The URL in ceph-releases/ALL/daemon/WEB_INSTALL_FOREGO isn't working anymore, see https://equinox.io/blog/shutting-down:
Equinox will shut down on September 30th, 2021. After that date, all accounts and applications will be deleted.
I can't figure out how I missed the existing issue while looking at the list, sorry about that!
