This is a purely c# implementation of the rightgrid features. This is for windows users and in .net 4.0

This is a pure C# implementation of the rightgrid features. Instead of a rightgrid.yaml for config, it uses the app.config. 
This is implemented with .net 4.0. The first implementation will use sqs and s3 only.
