Feature request: package description and package documentation page

It would be usefull to write description for the packages themselves. Clicking on "folder" could show separate documentation page for the pacakge itself, possibly with list of it's methods with descriptions, something like this mockup:
Not sure what would be best way to specify description though (there's one example in mockup).
