[Wind Waker HD] 16:10 Resolutions

An option for 16:10 resolutions for Wind Waker HD like what Twilight Princess HD has would be very nice. Tried manually doing it myself, but without much knowledge of how any of this works, all I did was overscan the 16:9 screen on a 16:10 display, cutting off the UI elements on either side.
Additional context
The main purpose for this is from my perspective is for the Steam Deck's 1280 x 800 screen resolution, and playing without letterboxing would be a nice improvement.
