[Monster Hunter 3 Tri G / Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate] Software keyboard broken by Resolution patch.

Describe the issue
When the SWKB.RPL + Software Keyboard title are present, the player cannot enter a name while the Resolution patch is in use.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Boot game up
- Start new character
- Try to enter a name
Expected behavior
Software keyboard should appear on the Gamepad screen.

Additional context
Western Ports can run the game with the HLE onscreen keyboard, but JP requires the cafelibs and keyboard title to boot, so the latter is affected worse than the former by this.
I have ascertained that removing the "formats = 0x01a,0x011" lines from the Gamepad entries resolves the problem.
