Myrtille "remote connection failed" and "setup wizard build" problems.

(myrtille-version 2.9.2)
When i build + run myrtille on vs2022 i cannot see any error in cmd. But client side say it that "The remote connection failed or was closed unexpectedly"
Also i can't build myrtille setup wizard.
(openssl and other preloads have load on my pc)
I can solve libssl-1_1.dll and others with extra downloads but I can never found (unable to determine name) side.
