`give` command

You should be able to give an object to another player. Maybe they need to accept the offer, or maybe not. (If we intend to limit your inventory or have any negative consequence to carrying something, then you should definitely be asked whether to accept the offer.)
In MMORPGs, there is a trade UI, where two players can open a trade, add items that they propose giving to the other player, and then both players are asked to confirm the trade. That might be overkill, or it might now. Who knows.
Currently g is short for get, which is a synonym for take. That's not important though. We can remove this and make g mean give.
