At least, it looks like it.
Slightly hard to catch in the act but considering the care we put into trying to get rid of these originally it'd be a shame if they came back:
Possibly mainly saw because the windows VM was running slowish.
Just saw this on macOS via tunnelled X11 also, so generic problem
Also saw on Linux at the workshop
Possibly due to 2c4beb6
Right ndevenish@7ac65bd does seem to fix it, and the fix is in my working py3 branch for now.
It looks like this was put back in almost immediately after we removed them. Why?
