Theme selection also determines icon theme (disregarding user's setting)

At the moment, when using "Catppuccin" together with "Catppuccin Icons", it is not possible to use a different icon theme then the currently selected "main theme" because a restart of VS Code will overwrite the user's choice of icon theme, i.e. a user can't set "Mocha" as the main theme and use the more saturated icons of the "Latte" icon theme. A restart of VS Code will set the icon theme to "Mocha".
It would be nice if a user can mix the themes.
