Snapshots should include images for custom actions

iOS 14 added the ability to set a custom image for a UIAccessibilityCustomAction. We should replace the down arrow icon for custom actions in the snapshot images with the appropriate icon for Switch Control (a box containing either the specified image or the first character of the action's name).
