Create tool for showing parameters of cadence

Names of properties are not the same as shown in the cadence properties viewer. For creating terminals and schematics knowledge of these properties allows the designer to automate their assignment.
Add a UNIX command for checking available cadence object properties and eventually add to GUI in later issue.
