Ok so here's my plans:

1. Convert everything to es2015, standard code style
2. Replace bluebird with when
3. Get all dependencies up to date
4. Make sure our tests are all running nice and smooth
5. Convert anonymous to named functions
6. Remove init.coffee option, add parse with babel instead
7. add joi options validation
8. convert templating to handlebars.js w/ custom delim options (decided to keep ejs, due to its superior helper syntax)
9. Update sprout CLI with breaking changes
