Pulls Through All Countries

The shipping rate calculator drop down list, lists all countries even though I have my Shopify store set to only ship to a handful of EU countries.
Is there a way to have this fixed to only list the countries that a store offers shipping to, rather than listing everything from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe in the dropdown?
