ouibounce fires only from right top corner in Win. 7 Chrome

Hey,
ouibounce fire is being triggered only from top right corner in chrome browser. It is working perfect in Firefox.

Please help me resolve this, attached link of my website.

Update: addEventListener('mouseleave', is not being triggered if there is a Fixed Div at top in chrome
