Refactor GiphyComponent into an Extension

GiphyComponent should really be an extension in its current form - Maybe call it GiphyRandomSearch or something similar.
The only reason this would need to be a component is to allow future specific edits of it. As it stands now it should be an extension that creates a Figure with a Paragraph for a caption.
