[Bug] Fixing an auto-layout bug in Secondary and Tertiary buttons in the Figma Kit

Bug:
Secondary and Tertiary button in the button-set is off by a pixel at the bottom.

Solution:

  • Change pixel from 31 to 30 to fix this bug
  • Review from Figma and Carbon experts
