Latest version installation problem: Can't locate Tabix.pm in @INC

Hi guys, after installing the latest version I'm running into this problem when running caveman:
Can't locate Tabix.pm in @INC
I'm not sure what it is, i've installed all latest versions:
cgpBigWig 1.4.0
PCAP-CORE 4.4.0
cgpVcf 2.2.1
caveman post processing 1.8.9
caveman wrapper 1.16.0
caveman 1.14.1
Any clues what might I be missing? By the way, the installation completes ok, what fails is caveman
