need docs for running inside jx staging

So deployment works with these variables:

env:
- name: BUILDER_IMAGE
value: gcr.io/camunda-consulting-de/helm-builder:0.0.1
- name: PIPELINES_NAMESPACE
value: jx
- name: PIPELINES_SA
value: tekton-bot
- name: VERSION_STREAM
value: http://github.com/zeebe-io/zeebe-version-stream-helm

And creating a resource in jx NS only.. as it will create the task and task runs in the jx namespace and they will get executed in there.
This ends up creating a NS for the resource and provision a new cluster in there.
