Could not find TensorRT

Good morning, I get this error when I launch the second cell.
14:36:39.040164: W tensorflow/compiler/tf2tensorrt/utils/py_utils.cc:38] TF-TRT Warning: Could not find TensorRT
How can I solve it?

Same issue. Tried manually adding cell to install (!pip install tensorrt) but still had same message
