bind jquery data table to tooltipster

Hello

I have a jquery data table, with a column of priority which is on 3rd column.
The 1st and 2nd column containt a value. if sum of them >=20, tool tip show good, <20 >=10, show medium, <10 show bad with some html format.
how can I generate the content dynamically for tooltipster?
