Remove UIO Mobile specific code

Description

EDD has decomissioned the separate UIO Mobile site. Claimants can’t access the mobile site. If they click on the mobile link on the BPO home page, they will be routed to our regular UIOnline site.

This means that we can remove all of the UIO Mobile specific code throughout the application

Acceptance Criteria

  • Remove dead code
