Update wording for Weeks Available to Certify scenario

Description

Within UIO, EDD has moved the link that claimants click to certify for benefits, so now the text in our Weeks Available to Certify scenario directs them to the wrong section of UIO. We just need to update the wording:

  • from: "Select Certify for Benefits in the Notification section..."
  • to: "Select Certify for Benefits in the Claim Status section..."
