Finalize discussion about CST icon and label in UIO

Description
There is a question about what the UIO header should say and show for the CST link. We are presenting some options to WCUG to recommend to UIB.
Acceptance Criteria
- Mock up options
- Present to WCUG and discuss
- Present to UIB for final decision
- Share info with eng to inform global header work
Nikki and I met with WCUG today. I shared the recommendation with UIB:
- Change the icon to ca-gov-icon-file-medical-alt to differentiate from the payments section and set expectations about the CST content.
- Shorten the label to "Status" or "Claim Status" to meet brand standards and address any claimant concerns with the label.
The team is also checking on Spanish translations for the labels. I will update this ticket when we have final copy.
