Consolidate Training Materials

The goal is to consolidate all training materials (slides, recording files) in one place. The top level folder is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1iGQKg1UNaMYUIETXh43LaQMVbadP8hTg
Within that folder i created subfolders for each external agency. I moved all the recordings of their sessions into these folders, at least the ones that were saved under my Zoom account.
The next step will be to bring the slides from those sessions into the appropriate subfolder. I believe the team saved most of their slides in the "4_Meetings" subfolder within each stakeholder's project folder (for example this is the CARB one https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-zMu_jXjbq9YiyPG0-Eb_pFBqSF4hsRT?q=type:presentation%20parent:1-zMu_jXjbq9YiyPG0-Eb_pFBqSF4hsRT). So it's a matter of finding the slides and moving it into the Training subfolder. Check with Ian and Britt if they have any slides saved elsewhere.
@ian-r-rose @junlee-analytica @britt-allen Closing this issue as I believe the team completed moving all training materials into the top level folder already. Let me know if you think there is any remaining work needed on this.
