MDSA Retro Follow-on: Compile project checklists in one place

Create a place to store any checklists or templates that can apply across projects for easier re-use in the future.

May also want to think about areas that we don't have a checklist or template but where one could be useful.

Some of these may not exist yet or may require standardizing for reuse by other projects

  • Handoff checklist (exists but may need adding to)
  • Training checklist (exists but may need adding to)
  • Project start checklist (does not exist yet)
