Streamline scheduling exec meetings (not sure how) - maybe a standard process and templates we can paste in to email

Part of this could be going back and taking the emails sent to CARB and Caltrans around their exec briefings, save in a folder and create a template from them for future use. Also a checklist of steps to make these happen (reach out to ODI scheduling for leadership, etc)
