mesa-libGLU-devel is required for Fedora

I'm running Fedora 28, a just rebuilt system. When following the build instructions I received an error saying it could find GL/glu.h.

I solved the problem by installing mesa-libGLU-devel

Can you update your requirements for Fedora?
