This repository should be archived to make it read only.
The README should be updated to say it is no longer active and to point to https://github.com/erlef/docker-elixir.

I don't have permissions, but perhaps a PR that makes the changes to the README would be easier for someone who does. I know for some of my older repos, when someone did the work and I just had to merge, it was more likely to happen than if someone was asking me to make changes.
