CTRL-K not working to open the "kbar" (tested in Chrome,Edge and Firefox)

Describe the bug

In the quickstart guide the first step is to use the "kbar". In order to use it one have to press ctrl-k.
Instead of opening the "kbar" it opens the search in the address bar of the browser. This issue happens in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox as i tested.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup bytebase via docker
2. navigate to "http://localhost:8080"
3. Create admin account
4. Quickstart guide cannot be completed due to this bug

Expected behavior

The "kbar" should open when pressing ctrl-k

Additional context

Edit: Closing the bottom bar with the hint for the quickstart guide allows me to press CTRL-K.
