Remove notebook copies of tutorials

The tutorials, after converting for sphinx, are still included in the folder as notebooks, which are now copied code. Moving forward, this is somewhat inefficient, as they are two copies of the code to maintain, if things change.
After a last run through double checking everything, we should be able to delete the notebook versions. Sphinx will still recreate the notebook versions that can be downloaded from a doc site.
