Is bycycle actually Python 3.5 only? Presumably it works on 3.6 and 3.7 as well right?

If so, we should update travis testing to test 3.6 & 3.7, and indicate python versions in setup.py (and this will update the Python badge when it gets pushed to PYPI again).
