Should support creation of index

Wortsammler should support the creation of an index by applying the TeX-Commands
\usepackage{makeidx}
\index{Neurobiologie}
\newpage
\printindex
\end{document}see http://www1.ku-eichstaett.de/urz/schriften/makeidx.pdf (sorry, it is in German) for details
Support shall be such that
- it performs mkindex if after the first LaTeX run, we have a {inputfile}.ind
- it documents how to setup an index.
