Depth sensor for Calor

It was mentioned in #442 but it seems was never implemented. If no one has one right now I can see what is sent if I can get the official app working on my desktop under Wine.
Both me and the other dev have a Calor. Right now we're mostly waiting on the next version of Buttplug to implement more sensors because the sensor system is a mess and we don't want that getting propagated out before we can get it fixed up.
Also the Calor sensor is basically useless anyways.
